Door Deliveries

Mainland UK (excluding Scotland)

  • Standard delivery: £39.99 (estimated 3–5 working days)

  • Express delivery: £95.99 (estimated 1–2 working days)

Orders must be placed before 11:00am for next working day dispatch.

Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands)

  • Estimated delivery in 5 working days

  • Delivery cost: £49.99

Northern Ireland 

  • Estimated delivery in 7-10 working days

  • Delivery cost: £149.99

All Other Deliveries

  • Free delivery on samples and orders over £100*

  • Orders under £100: £14.75 delivery fee

Delivery method depends on order size and may be sent boxed or palletised.

  • While most Fast Track orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to courier or circumstances outside our reasonable control

Important Delivery Information

  • A valid email address and phone number are required at checkout

  • Deliveries are kerbside only

  • Couriers are unable to carry items into the property

  • Couriers are unable to leave items unattended unless requested by the customer

  • We are unable to accept responsibility for items left unattended at the customer’s request

We recommend waiting until your order has arrived and been inspected before booking tradespeople or installers, as we cannot accept responsibility for consequential costs caused by courier delays or transit issues outside our reasonable control.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, stock availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Panel Storage

We recommend installing panels as soon as possible after delivery.

If installation is delayed:

  • Store panels flat on a level surface

  • Keep panels in a dry indoor environment

  • Avoid leaning panels upright for extended periods

Incorrect storage may cause bowing or warping and may affect product performance.

Damages & Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:

  • Items are damaged

  • Items are defective

  • You received the wrong product

Please include photos and details to help us investigate quickly.

If an item arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery where possible and asking the courier to return it to us.

Signing for an order does not affect your statutory rights. However, reporting issues promptly helps us investigate with the courier efficiently.

Where items are confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate resolution in line with your statutory rights.

Missing Items

If something is missing from your order:

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours by email so we can investigate promptly

Claims for missing parcels must be submitted by email so we can keep a written record and assist efficiently.

If the courier provides valid proof of delivery, we may be unable to issue a refund immediately, but we will assist where reasonably possible.
